Superior Caregivers provides live-in caregivers from 3 specific care giving schools. These institutions utilize curriculums developed in Canada and accredited by the Department of Colleges and Universities.  These standards include a minimum of grade 12 (to a Canadian standard), a written entrance examination, and a minimum of 1000 hours of healthcare training (and up to 2000 hours, audited insitu by Superior Caregivers) and a final practical and written examination with a minimum passing grade.

Before placement within any family in Canada, all graduates must provide a medical certificate (to Canadian standards, a ‘clean bill of health’), a certificate from the local judiciary from the country of origin and must pass a psychological assessment developed in Canada.

Each Canadian family is visited by a Placement Advisor from our company to determine your special needs. Superior then contacts our schools to determine the match of caregiver best suited to the family’s specific needs.

Unlike other placement organizations, Superior Caregivers leaves nothing to chance.

Whether elder care is the need, or a live-in nanny, live-in companion or special circumstance/illness care giving, Superior offers only the very best to ensure the perfect fit for your specific in home needs!

Superior Caregivers from Thailand

Superior Caregivers, in conjunction with the Kluaynamthai Hospital Group of Bangkok Thailand, bring the highest quality trained caregiver graduates to Canada whom has completed 2000 hours of Canadian accredited curriculum.  Kluaynamthai Hospital is one of the busiest and leading healthcare facilities in the city of Bangkok, and is a fully accredited hospital by the Government of Thailand.  This facility is also recognized as a leading provider of medical & surgical services by The Royal Household of Thailand.

These caregivers are dedicated individuals. Their training is second to none in the care giving industry worldwide. These Thai caregiver graduates are based at this major hospital center, and rotate through their state-of-the -art chronic care facilities, community-based children’s nurseries, busy medical walk in  medical clinics as well every department within the base hospital site, including the pharmacy department.

The end result is a caregiver with strong healthcare skills capable of handling the most demanding tasks of clients with special needs. The 2000 hours of hospital and non-hospital clinic (nursery, elder care facilities etc) is without doubt the very highest standard within the industry for training Personal Support Workers. Our Thai graduates have been trained to take charge in healthcare situations that demand extra care within the home. The demeanor of these individuals is quiet and respectful, reflecting an ancient, primarily Buddhist culture, yet the work ethic is second to none. Historically, Thai culture reveres the elderly, and children are considered their most previous members of the family unit.

As with all our caregivers, we guarantee satisfaction with a caregiver replacement for one full year. You are also most welcome to visit any of our care giving schools worldwide and take a personal look at the training facilities and caliber of our graduates.  Superior Caregivers visits and audits all our associated training school to ensure the very highest standards are adhered to with each and every graduate.

Caregivers from St. Vincent & the Grenadines Caregiver Training College, Kingstown, SVG, Eastern Caribbean

For generations, caregivers from this region have provided Canadian families with both nannies and elder care workers. A sunny disposition, excellent English language skills and a complete understanding of Canadian customs and way of life have allowed for easy integration into Canadian homes. In fact, the connection of this region to Canada goes back over 100 years!

Utilizing a strict Canadian PSW curriculum developed in Ontario, all Vincentian caregivers have a firm understanding of every aspect of personal support for the elderly or as early childhood caregivers. This school is highly recommended across the Caribbean and is a model caregiver training facility to many other countries around the world.

The government of St. Vincent & the Grenadines (a former British Protectorate and now a free Parliamentary democracy) gives its full imprimatur to this school and its graduates.
Hundreds of Vincentians presently already work in Canadian healthcare as nannies, home companions and as personal support workers (PSW).
